Exchange & Return Policy

1. No Returns & No Refunds

• We follow a strict No Return and No Refund policy once an order has been successfully placed and delivered.

2. Exchange Policy (Damaged / Broken Items Only)

Exchanges are permissible only under the following condition:

• The item received is damaged or broken upon delivery.

3. How to Request an Exchange

To be eligible for an exchange due to damage:

1. You must report the damage to our customer support team within 24 to 48 hours of package delivery.
2. An unboxing video starting from the unopened outer courier packaging/tamper seal is required as proof of transit damage.
3. Once verified and approved, our team will guide you through returning the damaged item and dispatching a replacement piece.
